For parents

Safe by design. Honest by default.

You're trusting us with your child's time, curiosity and data. Here's exactly how we look after all three.

Safeguarding

Our promises to every family.

These come from our written safeguarding policy, which every instructor signs and is trained on.

Verified, trained instructors

Police verification or a background check, reference checks and safeguarding training come before anyone teaches.

Observed group sessions

Sessions are observed by a second adult, or recorded if you give separate consent, so nothing happens unseen.

No private one-to-one contact

Instructors never message, call or follow children privately. All messages go to parents.

Your child's image stays private

We never use children's photos or videos in marketing without your written consent.

Easy to raise a concern

Anyone can report a concern to our safeguarding lead at safeguarding@dineshaiacademy.com. Every report is acted on.

A written policy you can read

Our full safeguarding policy is public. Read it here.

AI tools

How children use AI with us.

Most consumer AI apps are for ages 13+ (some for 18+). We follow those rules, and in class children only reach AI through adults or a supervised sandbox.

AgeHow AI is usedWhy
6–12 · AI KidsInstructor-led: the teacher operates the AI on a shared screen and children direct it. There are no child accounts.Keeps us within every AI provider's age rules, while children still learn by doing.
13–15 · BuilderA supervised sandbox on our platform, with content filters, a safety layer and activity logs.Hands-on practice within each provider's policy for minors, with adult oversight.
16–17 · EngineerThe same sandbox, plus API-based projects built and reviewed in class.Real engineering practice, still under our safety layer.
Personal AI accountsNever required. We never ask a child to create an AI account or share personal details with an AI tool.Your child's data stays out of consumer AI services.

Staying in the loop

You'll always know what's happening.

Parents are part of the class too. We keep you updated, without overwhelming you, and we fit around the school calendar.

No surprises. That's a promise.

WhatsApp updates to parents

Class reminders and highlights, sent only to you and only if you opt in.

A monthly progress note

What your child made, what clicked, and what to try at home.

Recordings only with consent

A separate choice from registration. Recordings are never published.

School-calendar friendly

Weekend and holiday batches that work around exams and term dates.

Honest promises

What we promise, and what we won't.

We promise

  • Real skills your child can show you and explain
  • Honest, specific progress notes
  • A safe, kind and respectful classroom
  • Fees shown clearly up front, including GST, with a simple refund policy

We will never promise

  • Better marks, ranks or exam results. This isn't tuition
  • Jobs, income or "future CEO" outcomes
  • "Last few seats" pressure. If a batch is full, we'll simply tell you the next date
  • That AI is always right, because it isn't, and we teach children why
