Terms of Enrolment
The agreement between parents or guardians and Dinesh AI Academy Juniors.
1. What Juniors is
Dinesh AI Academy Juniors runs skill-enrichment activity clubs that teach children and teens (ages 6–17) about artificial intelligence. It is not tuition, coaching or exam preparation, and we make no promise about marks, ranks, admissions, jobs or income.
2. Who can enrol
Only a parent or legal guardian can register and enrol a child, and only after confirming consent as described in our Privacy Notice.
3. Fees
Fees for each level and batch are shared in writing before you enrol and include GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Nothing is charged when you register. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Use of AI tools
We respect AI providers' age rules. Children aged 6–12 don't use AI accounts, and instructors operate the tools. Teens use AI only in our supervised sandbox. We ask parents not to let children use consumer AI accounts that aren't meant for their age.
5. Behaviour
We expect kindness and respect from everyone in class. We may pause a child's participation if their behaviour puts others at risk, and we'll always talk to the parent first.
6. Projects and intellectual property
Projects your child creates belong to your child (and you). If you have given separate consent, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to showcase them with your child's first name only. You can withdraw this licence at any time for future use.
7. Our materials
Lesson plans, slides, code templates and videos remain the property of Dinesh AI Academy and are for your child's personal learning only.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in running classes. We're not responsible for your devices, internet connection or third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
